#10 Lab Session

Hey there!!!

Hopefully, you guys are in a good condition this week.

So, another quick recap as always (btw we are on our 12th week now😍😍):

1) Social computing

Social computing a.k.a social marketing

This week kinda interesting as we were discussing on marketing through social media.

Marketing through social media was first known/introduce during the evolution of Web 2.0. People start to converse and share their opinions through the internet and websites. 

And we discuss what we observed on social marketing:

1. The power of tagging or hashtag. Visibility of any products is important. By creating a hashtag and tagging their products with other strong players in the social media contribute to making their product visible. Through these, people all around the world can narrowed their search for any product that they want. People can even found their dream job through tagging and hashtag may making them visible to their future employer. 

2. The power of viral marketing. Viral marketing really2 contribute a lot to the marketing whether it is good or bad. A product can rise immediate and can also flop immediately once viral. 

However, one thing for sure is the responsibilities of the seller or producer itself in marketing their product. Any products that trying to penetrate the market should have basic information especially food products. For example, the expiring date of the products. Many online food sellers failed to provide this information on their products and this may cause them to lose their potential customer. Legal actions can also be taken on the food products without the expiring date.

#9 Lab Session

Well HELLO THEREEEEEEE!

(Honestly, I didn't join both classes this week due to personal issues, but yeah I still update this based on what other classmate told me and from the class video)

So yeah, this a quick recap on this session:

1) Task updates

So, all of us need to update on our CIP project, personal CV updates (wix.com) and online courses in google digital garage. 

And thankfully, gratefully, happily... all my task (individual) and group task were done/almost done😌😌😌 (gonna need to struggle a bit to complete the correction on our website😇)

2) Alibaba.com

Alibaba.com (pernah dengar tapi tak pernah tahu apa)

- more to e-commerce rather than sharing information

2 type of business through Alibaba.com

1) business to business (business between company, ex. Company A can found Company B through the website)

2) business to consumer (selling process directly to consumer)

#8 Lab Session

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!! (walaupun dah 2 minggu lambat but its okayyyyy who cares)

There is nothing to recap with because (i) we didn't really have any class, our class session was cancelled. It is unavoidable as our lecturer has another adhoc schedule to attend (faculty meetings I think), (ii) we didn't have a lab session (on Thursday) as it was left for us to complete our CIP_UPM presentation with the respective company.

But we do have a lab session on Wednesday, which we all discussed on the update of CIP_UPM project. Some explanation for the groups that have presented their websites. What should be corrected, how about the comments and etc.

Soooo, that's all the update for this sessions (sebab ingat yang ni je, nnti kalau ada teringat apa2 and sekiranya rajin akan di update semula.. kalau rajinnnnnn) See you again. Adios!
